Service Description
Swim Level Descriptions: INT 1 – Wahoo (Beginner-Intermediate) ✔ Comfortable floating independently ✘ Not yet able to swim on their own Ideal for swimmers building confidence and learning basic movement in the water. INT 2 – Swordfish (Intermediate) ✔ Comfortable floating independently ✔ Able to swim at least 15 meters without assistance Suitable for swimmers who have basic control and are ready to improve technique and endurance. ADV – Black Marlin (Advanced) ✔ Able to swim 25 meters or more continuously and confidently Designed for strong swimmers focusing on speed, efficiency, and competitive skills.
Cancellation Policy

Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants. 1. Registration & Payment * All registrations must be completed prior to attending any session. * Monthly bookings are prioritized over per-session bookings to maintain consistency and maximize results. * Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid or partially paid registrations will not be considered confirmed. 2. Booking Deadlines * Monthly registration closes before the first session of the month. * Per-session bookings may be available if space allows but are not guaranteed. * Walk-ins are not accepted due to facility booking requirements and privacy protocols. 3. Cancellation & Refunds * Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future session. * No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, except in the case of emergencies (subject to approval). * Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or late arrivals. 4. Program Priority * Monthly participants are given priority for all available slots. * In the event of overbooking, per-session participants may be asked to reschedule or will be refunded. 5. Agreement to Policy By registering, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with MBK Academy’s Booking Policy and its terms.
