1. Registration & Payment
-
All registrations must be completed prior to attending any session.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid or partially paid registrations will not be considered confirmed.
2. Booking Deadlines
-
Monthly registration closes before the first session of the month.
-
Per-session bookings may be available if space allows but are not guaranteed.
-
Walk-ins are not accepted due to facility booking requirements and privacy protocols.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
-
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future session.
-
No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, except in the case of emergencies (subject to approval).
-
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or late arrivals.
-
If you are unable to attend your scheduled swim session, you may have a family member or friend attend in your place. Please email us at mbkswimaca@gmail.com in advance to arrange the substitution. (Applicable to Women Only sessions)
4. Program Priority
-
Monthly participants are given priority for all available slots.
-
In the event of overbooking, per-session participants may be asked to reschedule or will be refunded.
5. Agreement to Policy
-
By registering, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with MBK Academy’s Booking Policy and its terms.
6. Emergency Protocol Disclaimer
-
In the event of an emergency—such as the arrival of paramedics or firefighters—participants must ensure they are appropriately covered. MBK Academy emphasizes that it is each participant’s personal responsibility to maintain modest dress at all times, including during unexpected situations.
-
MBK Academy is not liable for any breach of modesty during emergencies, as participants are expected to come prepared and remain dressed modestly throughout the program.
-
Participants are also highly encouraged to keep their towels or bathrobe on the pool deck at all times as they enter and exit the pool.
Please Note: Phones are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool area as per VIVO facility rules.
