Welcome to MBK Academy, in partnership with OBK School Proudly offering the OBK Soccer Program for boys and girls in grades 1 to 6 Starting January 5th Sessions run from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM Maximum of 22 participants per group Schedule: - Wednesdays: Grades 1 to 3 girls - Thursdays: Grades 1 to 3 boys Enroll now for just $80 for two months Kick off your child's soccer journey! Important Guidelines for Indoor Soccer (OBK Gymnasium) Please review the following conditions before completing your child’s registration: 1. Footwear Requirements Only clean indoor sports shoes are allowed. No cleats, boots, sandals, or outdoor shoes inside the gym. Shoes must have non-marking soles suitable for a gymnasium floor. 2. Clothing & Safety Gear Children must wear comfortable athletic clothing (t-shirt, track pants, or shorts). Body protectors, shin guards, or heavy gear are not required for this age group and setting. Optional: Light shin guards may be worn but are not mandatory. 3. Arrival & Pick-Up Policy Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up. Children must be picked up immediately at the end of their class at 4.15pm. MBK Academy and OBK staff are not responsible for supervision outside class times. 4. Personal Belongings MBK Academy/OBK are not responsible for lost items. Please label water bottles, jackets, and personal items.
Cancellation Policy
MBK Academy is committed to creating a secure, inclusive space that aligns with Islamic values while promoting health and fitness in the Muslim community. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants. 1. Registration & Payment * All registrations must be completed prior to attending any session. * Monthly bookings are prioritized over per-session bookings to maintain consistency and maximize results. * Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. Unpaid or partially paid registrations will not be considered confirmed. 2. Booking Deadlines * Monthly registration closes before the first session of the month. * Per-session bookings may be available if space allows but are not guaranteed. * Walk-ins are not accepted due to facility booking requirements and privacy protocols. 3. Cancellation & Refunds * Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future session. * No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, except in the case of emergencies (subject to approval). * Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or late arrivals. 4. Program Priority * Monthly participants are given priority for all available slots. * In the event of overbooking, per-session participants may be asked to reschedule or will be refunded. 5. Agreement to Policy By registering, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with MBK Academy’s Booking Policy and its terms.
